RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
14 day exchange (from date of item received) of unused, undamaged product. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before exchanging to discuss mode of delivery. Every collar is made to order and customized to your pet. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns at this time.
In the event that your purchase is damaged or defective when received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items and provide photos.
Items damaged by your pet are non-returnable unless the item deemed defective (and reported within 24 hours). We do not repair or replace items damaged by your pet. Although extremely durable, our products are not guaranteed to withstand all wear and tear caused by your pet. We do not replace or refund purchases due to everyday use, tarnishing, fading, snagging, scratches or fraying due to normal usage, wear and tear, or accidental damage. Wear and tear is not considered to be a creators/manufacturers defect.
